Warrant for Special Meeting of the Parish
April 13, 2008

| Greetings: | You are hereby required to notify and warn the qualified votes that on Tuesday, the 3rd of June at seven o'clock in the evening (7:00 PM), the Annual Meeting of the Parish will be held in the Parish Hall (First Parish Unitarian Universalist – Canton) then and there to hear and act upon the following Articles: | |
| Article 1. | To hear and approve the minutes of the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Parish. | |
| Article 2. | To accept the reports of the President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Minister and other heads of committees or organizations. | |
| Article 3. | To choose and elect all necessary Parish Officers and Committees. | |
| Article 4. | To hear and act on the report of the Strategic Planning Task Force. | |
| Article 5. | To hear and act on the report of the Finance Committee and to determine in what manner the Parish shall raise money to defray Parish expenses for the ensuing year and to raise and appropriate all necessary sums of money to accomplish same. | |
| Article 6. | To hear and act upon any other business that may properly and legally come before it. | |
